Birth Doula Package - $900
I attend births within 1 hour of my home.
Two Home Visits
During these visits we go over the anatomy of pregnancy and birth, along with what happens in your body during each stage of labor. We also discuss the various decisions that go into making your birth plan. The second visit we go through various comfort measures, breathing and relaxation techniques, and breastfeeding.
Labor and Birth Support
The big day! I am with you from the beginning of labor till you deliver, and several hours afterwards. Your birth is as unique as you are and I am excited to go on the journey with you!
One Postpartum Visit
I will visit you any time between 24 hours and 6 weeks after birth. We will discuss the birth, including any changes in your plan and key moments that impacted you. Having someone to process your birth can be healing and empowering. I also help you through any breastfeeding issues you might have.
